The Deerhunter Survivor Rain Pants are a lightweight pair of rain pants that are breathable and 'Paable' and designed to to be easy to carry with you.
The rain pants unfold quickly and are ready for use.

Watertightness and Breathability – 3,000/3,000
Water tightness is measured in "millimetre water column pressure". The water column pressure is measured by placing a tube filled with water on top of the fabric, so that a fabric with a water resistance of e.g. 5,000 mm will keep the water out from a pipe that is 5 meters (5,000 mm) high. A substance with a water resistance of e.g. 10,000 mm, can handle a 10 meter (10,000 mm) high pipe. MVP indicates the breathability of a membrane. The MVP value is an expression of the amount of water vapor that can evaporate through 1 square meter of the membrane in 24 hours. A product with a breathability of e.g. 5,000 can thus "breathe" 5,000 grams (5 liters) of water vapor per square meters per day.
Taped seams
When clothes are sewn, small holes appear in the fabric at the seams. To prevent moisture escaping through these holes, you can tape the seams. You simply secure the vulnerable areas to increase a product's waterproofness.
Breathable

Water resistant
Products impregnated with water-repellent treatment are water- and dirt-repellent. Extremely heat resistant and has a very smooth surface.
